Adjunct Faculty
Stacy Lindenberg is an Assistant Vice President and Sales and Leadership Trainer for First Citizens Bank. She is also an adjunct professor with the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the bank in January 2007, she was the Advertising Sales Training Manager for "The State," South Carolina's largest newspaper.
Training experience includes delivering and developing industry-specific training programs on consultative selling, sales prospecting and employee development. She has also facilitated and developed workshops on coaching, smart goal setting, generational diversity, networking, and leadership.
Stacy is an AchieveGlobal Certified Trainer and past member of the Knight Ridder Talent Bank. She is serving a two-year term on the American Society for Training and Development's national CORE committee, and is a Past President of the Midlands chapter of ASTD.
Past work experience includes roles as a Marketing Manager for General Cinemas and Public Relations/Marketing Director for a network of non-profit community blood centers in Alabama.
Previous volunteer experience includes positions on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Advertising Club, as the Gala Committee Chair for the American Diabetes Association, gala committee member for the Columbia Ballet, and with Toastmasters, and volunteer work for the Public Relations Council of Alabama, Action Civitan club, and volunteer efforts with various art groups in Columbia. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Mass Communication/Public Relations program. She is also a parent volunteer for Rosewood Elementary School.
She teaches University 401J, a class geared toward seniors that helps them prepare for life after graduation.
